It’s Time to Spring Clean Your Ziptrak® Blinds!
Keeping your Ziptrak® Outdoor and Interior Blinds clean not only enhances the look of your space but also extends the life of your blinds!
Gather Your Supplies: You’ll need a soft cloth, a bucket of water, a squeegee or soft-bristle brush, and Swiftee™. Avoid using abrasive materials that could damage the surface of your blinds, particularly with Clear PVC blinds.
Cleaning Outdoor Blinds: With Ziptrak®’s cleaning solution, Swiftee™, it’s easier than ever to maintain the appearance and function of your blinds.
Start by gently brushing off any loose dirt or debris. Mix Swiftee™ with water as per the instructions, then apply the solution with a soft cloth. Wipe down the blinds and frame, focusing on areas with stubborn stains. Rinse with clean water (or hose off) and let them air dry for streak-free cleaning. Allow to fully dry before raising.
Cleaning Indoor Blinds: Indoor blinds require a gentler touch. As there are many different types of fabric used, we encourage you to refer to the cleaning instructions provided by your retailer. For the frame, a damp cloth can be used to wipe your Ziptrak® Interior Blind.
With a few simple steps and the right supplies, you can maintain the pristine appearance of your blinds while protecting them from wear and tear.
