There’s lots of valuable new features on the horizon for Ziptrak® outdoor blinds, enhancing the system with functional, robust and intuitive improvements. We look forward to releasing the items below in late 2018 and early 2019, which will provide a stronger Ziptrak® with superior appearance and more options for your customers.
The entire team at Ziptrak® receives feedback from end-customers, installers, retailers, Authorised Fabricators and Distributors. This feedback is then analysed and brought into the development process with our engineering and product enhancement team. Every day they’re busy tinkering with new ideas for improving existing parts and developing new products.
NEW PELMET – Coming Soon
Extruded Aluminium with ‘Square’ design
– New square design for a modern and sleek appearance.
– Stronger material for successful transportation.
– Pelmet lower lip hides the Top Stop and provides a flush
appearance between the Bottom Bar and Pelmet.
– Will be available at the full width of the blind.
– Extruded aluminium. (Easier to cut onsite compared with steel)
– Optional brush insert for ultimate seal against dust, insects and wind.
– Brush insert can be installed on the front, rear, both or not at all.
– Faster and safer installation as the front face clips into position and will stay there
whilst the installer prepares to rivet into final position.
NEW FACE FIX CHANNEL – Coming Soon
Superior strength
– Increased wall thickness for additional strength and rigidity.
– Deeper channel for more improved track adjustment.
– Deeper centre wall for increased strength in wind.
– Will be available in all standard colours, in both 2.5 meter and 3 meters lengths.
– Will be available in Mill Finish at 5.5 meter lengths.
– Replaces the current version. No price increase.

Wider and taller for increased strength and rigidity
– Compatible with the Centre-Lock-Release system.
– Available for manual and motorised Ziptrak® blinds.
– Reduced vertical deflection for superior skin appearance.
This also allows the Bottom Bar to seamlessly meet the Pelmet lower
lip across the entire length, providing a neat finish.
– The centre groove present in all other Ziptrak® Bottom Bars
will remain, acting as a finger-grip location and the lodging
position for the Ziptrak® Pull Stick.

– Easily slides into all Ziptrak® Bottom Bars.
– Ideal solution for improving the seal against an uneven floor.
– Aesthetically pleasing appearance compared with a skirt / valance.
– Black, soft material is UV resistant for years of harsh outdoor use.
– Robust and high quality product engineered by Ziptrak®
and made with Santoprene™ which is commonly used
in the automotive industry.
– The Ziptrak® Weather Strip is an alternative to the
Bottom Bumper, or a Skirt / Valance
