1. Ziptrak® Racer 2025 Terms & Conditions

1.1. Eligibility:
– This competition is open to individuals who ride the Ziptrak® Racer between 11 am on January 17th, 2025, and 7pm on January 24th, 2025.
– Participants must adhere to the specified time frame for eligibility.

1.2. Daily Prize – Garmin Voucher:
– The daily prize consists of a 35% off voucher for Garmin, exclusively valid on Garmin Cycling Products at the Tour Village until 7 pm on the 25th of January 2025.
– The voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
– Winners are drawn randomly each day from participants who rode the Ziptrak® Racer between January 17th and January 24th, 2024.
– There are a total of eight vouchers available to win.
– Winners will be contacted the day after their ride via the phone number provided to Ziptrak Pty Ltd.

1.3. Overall Winners – Garmin Edge® 540 Solar Bike Computer:
– Four (4) overall winners will be selected.
– Two (2) Fastest Time winners on the Ziptrak® Racer: (One (1) Female and One (1) Male)
– Two (2) Randomly selected winners from participants who rode the Ziptrak® Racer between 17-25 January 2025.
– Maximum one Garmin Edge® 540 Solar Bike Computer per person. A winner cannot win both the highest output and random selection.
– Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be selected.

1.4. Winner Notification
– The winner will be contacted by a member of the Ziptrak Pty Ltd team, using the phone number supplied by the entrant.

1.5. Publicity:
– By riding the Ziptrak® Racer, participants grant Ziptrak Pty Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

1.6. Privacy:
– Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

1.7. Disqualification:
– Ziptrak Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

1.8. Release of Liability:
– By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
– Ziptrak Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the competition or attendance at the event.
– By entering, participants agree to release Ziptrak Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any liability in connection with the competition or the prize.
– Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and compliance with the event’s terms and conditions.

2. Ziptrak® Guest Car Experience 2025 Terms & Conditions

This competition has now closed.

2.1. Eligibility

– This competition is open to individuals who complete the entry form via the designated Microsoft Form between 9:00 AM (ACDT) on Monday, 9th December 2024, and 11:59 PM (ACDT) on Wednesday, 18th December 2024.
– Participants must be 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Prize Details

– The winner will receive two seats for a guest car experience.
– At least one seat must be occupied by a participant who is 18 years of age or older.
– All passengers in the guest car must be at least 12 years of age.
– Only one prize is available.
– Game of chance: The winner will be selected randomly. If the first winner is unable to claim the prize or does not claim the prize within the 24-hour time period, a second winner will be selected randomly.

2.3. Event Details

– The experience will take place in Adelaide on Tuesday, 21st January 2025.
– The winner and their selected guest(s) must be available to attend on this date.

2.4. Liability

– Ziptrak Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the competition or attendance at the event.
– By entering, participants agree to release Ziptrak Pty Ltd and its affiliates from any liability in connection with the competition or the prize.
– Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and compliance with the event’s terms and conditions.

2.5. Winner Notification
– The winner will be contacted by a member of the Ziptrak Pty Ltd team, using the phone number supplied by the entrant.
– The winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and another winner will be redrawn.

2.6. Publicity:
– By being a passenger in the Guest Car Experience, participants grant Ziptrak Pty Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

2.7. Privacy:
– Any personal information provided by participants to Ziptrak Pty Ltd will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

2.8. Disqualification:
– Ziptrak Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

3. Ziptrak® Merchandise Photo Social Media Competition

3.1. Eligibility

– This competition is open to individuals who submit a photo of themselves wearing 2025 Ziptrak merchandise at the 2025 Santos Tour Down Under, and tag @ziptrak.
– The person who submits the photo must be 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.
– Participant Instagram profiles must be set to public, so Ziptrak will be notified of entry.
– Participants can enter more than one time but can only win once.

3.2. Prize Details

– The winner will receive one Ziptrak Swag Bag containing Ziptrak merchandise from 2025 and previous years.
– The prize is required to be collected at the Ziptrak stand in the Santos Tour Down Under Tour Village in Victoria Square, Adelaide, prior to 7pm on Saturday the 25th of January 2025.
– The winner will be selected based on the photo deemed to be the best or most creative, by a member of the Ziptrak Marketing Team.

– The winner must collect their prize before the Tour Village closes at 7pm on Saturday the 25th of January 2025.
